3 kilo je

Think positive....think positive....think positive...

Cuma nak turunkan 3kg je...kalau dapat lebih lagi bagus...

Nak naik senang, bedal je nasi lemak, chicken chop, lamb chop, cheese cake, ice cream..

Nak turun, kena lari 5-6 round kat tasik ampang hilir, tu pun kalau larat, kalau hari tak hujan..dan kalau lah aku berjiwa kental...

Memang jiwa saya kental kali ini...
